The following limits have been established under CCR 66261.100 &.101 as criteria for RCRA, Non-RCRA waste. In order to profile to Remedy, your material must not meet the characteristics of flammability (66261.21), corrosivity (66261.22), reactivity (66261.23). It must not be toxicity as listed in Table I,III of section 66261.24 and must posses physical characteristics that would qualify it as a safe and effective substitute or ingredient in an industrial process or product.
Listed below are the RCRA Limits. Table I lists the maximum parts per milligram that can be in the compounds in order for Remedy to reclaim the water. Table II lists metals in two different categories: Total Threshold Limit Concentration and Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration. STLC shows the maximum amount that can be in the water for soluble liquids, while TTLC shows the maximum amount that can be in the water in solid form.
